You'll be greeted by stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that soar up through the second story with expansive views of the 50 foot lap pool, manicured gardens, and large yard area for all ages to run and play. The imported Indonesian art, decor, and textiles will transport you thousands of miles away, while never having to use your passport. There are so many spaces throughout the home for you to gather with friends and family, or with just your thoughts and breath. We know all journeys are unique, and we hope you make The Haven a stop along yours. Bedroom 1 : 1 King Bedroom 2 : 1 King, 1 Twin Bedroom 3 : 2 King Bedroom 4 : 1 King The estate manager lives on the premises, but is completely separate from the main house. Guests still have their privacy.

Five of us from Canada stayed here in March 2024 for the Austin Tough Mudder race event. Overall stay was great and house fulfilled our needs and expectations. Only downside for staying here early in the season was the pool is not heated so swimming was quite cool. Self checkin and checkout made this a seamless stay and Lodgewell was very quick to respond to our one inquiry. Unique interior with all the basic supplies you will need. Very private yard with lots of space to relax and an open wooded area to the south out past the pool and bonfire pit makes you feel like there are no adjacent neighbours. The guesthouse/estate manager residence just adjacent to the house on the north shares only the driveway and front walkway to the house - it didn't appear occupied during our stay. For transporation, we had our own vehicle or used Uber. This property does fall within the E-Scooter boundary which provides another fun option. Overall stay was fantastic and would highly recommend the place!

This quiet and fantastic neighborhood lets you feel that you are in Texas—vast and open spaces, Texas-style homes, surrounded by trees and nature. Nearby areas are Valley Creek Park, Sunset Valley Meadows, South Hills Conservation Area, Burger Activity Center, and Sunset Valley Market-fair. It's a few minutes' drive to the Highway to get you going where you want to go.
Just 2 minutes away from a grocery store, and 10 minutes away from Austin Airport.
Car is recommended. There is room for 5 cars in the driveway and ample street parking on the east side
