Room # 1 (out of two single occupancy rooms) available in a private loft on the third floor of a family home. Third floor has its own bathroom, kitchenette, plus a den. This loft is completely furnished, accessorized, self-sufficient and is meant for longer stays. Located in quiet downtown neighborhood, near Skeleton Park, steps away from Princess Street and Metro, walking distance to Queen’s main campus, 2 blocks away from bus stops on Division/York. Our home is a family home. Normal noise expected from a family of musicians might happen during your stay, but rest assured, we have an established routine of quieter time after 9PM and a noise curfew after 10PM on week days as far as music is concerned. The house dwellers come and go at different times (university schedule, working schedules, different work calendars). Nonetheless, help is usually just a text away! We live on the main two floors, are easy to find, and are happy to help should you have any questions or need some assistance with settling in a new city. It is a heritage house, so some floors creak, but everything on the third floor is new. (Admittedly, my young adult children are jealous of your bathroom!)
