The villa boasts a pleasant location, yet it requires significant refurbishments to meet basic comfort and safety standards. The ground floor presents itself as mediocre, but the bedrooms reveal more serious issues. Protruding, uneven floorboards pose a considerable tripping risk. The state of the bathrooms is deplorable, lacking showers, featuring unclean bathtubs, and suffering from a leaking bidet shower alongside the absence of hot water until the final day, at which point it became scaldingly uncontrollable. Entertainment and comfort amenities are noticeably lacking, with no televisions in the bedrooms and the solitary TV in the living room failing to receive a signal. Further detracting from the living experience are missing wall skirting and substandard bedding—uncomfortable beds, low-quality linens, pillows, and blankets. Given these conditions, I would advise against staying here.

Fantastic villa. Rasheed is very helpful. Give you full privacy but is there if you need anything. Definitely recommend.
