Welcome to our cosy modern Leith flat near The Shore and Ocean Terminal! Enjoy Michelin-star dining, walks by the River Leith, and easy access to the city centre. Our modern, light-filled flat offers a comfy seating area, fully equipped kitchen, TV with streaming services, and free Wi-Fi. Convenient tram and bus stops nearby, with free secure garage parking. Professionally cleaned for your comfort. Arrivals from 3pm. Departures before 11am I’d like to welcome you to my home, where guests tell me it has a walk-in hotel-room feel. I hope you will enjoy it too. You have exclusive access to a modern, chic, spotlessly clean open-plan (but cosy) self-contained apartment. With luxury extras to ensure your stay is perfect. Tea and coffee await your arrival and fresh towels and linen are also provided. Our flat is on the 2nd floor with lift access and 24-hour surveillance. A lockbox provides you with ease of access to the accommodation and underground secure parking is conveniently located and easily reached via stairs/lift. (The parking is non designated. A casa do Luc é um espaço fantástico, moderno e super funcional, confortável, e com tudo que é preciso. O Luc é super prestativo, pós ao nosso dispor uma máquina de café e devidas pastilhas, algo que é raro encontrar. A zona é super calma e bonita, com rio ao lado de casa. Supermercados na redondeza, bem como bons restaurantes. Super fácil chegar ao centro em 20 minutos, bem como ir e vir do aeroporto. Parabéns ao Luc pela bela casa que tem, muito obrigado por tudo.

A very cozy, clean flat in a great location just a few minutes walk from tram lines and bus routes that head into city centre. Luc is a great host, was very attentive to our needs and was available to answer any queries. The flat was just as described and I highly recommend the flat for a get-away stay in Edinburgh.

Within walking distance to the centre of Leith, the Shore, the foot of Leith Walk and Ocean Terminal with its VUE multi-screen cinema, multiple shops and restaurants, as well as The Royal Yacht Britannia.
Shopping: Aldi is a 4 min walk. Tesco Express is 8 mins away
Leith itself is a great base to access Edinburgh city centre due to its excellent bus services (3 min walk) and tram links (10 min walk) which take you straight into the Centre, Waverley Station and the Airport. On your doorstep you have a lovely river walk and the port area, an abundance of gastro pubs and restaurants as well as two distilleries (A gin distillery just around the corner and Whiskey Distillery at Ocean Terminal), both are open for tours.
Im sure you will be pleased to note that Leith has been listed as the 16th coolest place in the World by Time Out in 2023. It offers equal bustle and tranquillity side by side making it an ideal location to enjoy your Edinburgh stay.
While our peaceful retreat offers respite from the city bustle, Edinburgh's city center is just a quick 20-minute journey away by bus or tram.
It is conveniently located 50 yards from major bus routes and a 10-minute walk from the main tram line, exploring the city couldn't be easier.
For guests arriving by air, the main tram line from the airport takes you to ‘The Shore’ a stop conveniently close by.
Free parking is available in the garage for those traveling by car
