A month before Palm Sunday we rented this property. Everything was going well and then on the evening before Palm Sunday with family members coming from three different states Jim contacted us to tell us that he was canceling our reservation because the owner scheduled an open house and he was refusing to cancel it. Only after an hour and a half of begging and pleading and threats to Sue, he finally gave in. Then when we got to the home we were surprised to see that such a beautiful home was filthy had a refrigerator full of old Asian food that had a very pungent stench to the extent that we could not use the refrigerator. Additionally the floors and counters and appliances were very dirty and required us to thoroughly clean the property before we could have guests additionally there were personal items throughout the home including alcohol bottles mail and things that you would not expect in a rental property. Stay away from this property.
The host is very friendly and easy to communicate with. The place is super comfortable and a great place if you need to run away from the city. The house is very clean!
Jim is a great host. He is very responsive and always there to assist. The property is amazing and spacious. I had a great experience staying at this place!

Very safe and peaceful neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and bars, public transportations are mins away. Nearby vineyards and close to beach.
Drive way can accommodate 10 cars. Additional parking space is available on the street. 6 mins drive to LIRR train station, 40 mins to Manhattan and 30 mins drive to Flushing.
