Enter the building from the ground floor street entry. The fenced common area includes a half bath, laundry room and small patio that leads to a large shared backyard to enjoy your surroundings. The apartment provides comfortable seating with a reclining sofa and loveseat for watching TV or playing a game. The open floor plan is perfect to enjoy time together and our designated workspace provides a desk and small sofa in an alcove when you need a bit of privacy for work or quiet reading. Living Room has mini-split AC unit for your comfort. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. An outdoor table and chairs are provided and the french doors allow you to enjoy the natural surroundings rain or shine. The main bedroom features a full size bed and attached bathroom. There is plenty of natural light to brighten your day but privacy blinds and a mini-split AC unit allow for a restful sleep at night. The second bedroom features two twin beds and a view of the backyard. A full bathroom is easily accessible just outside the bedroom door.
