Relax at this peaceful place on the southeast corner of Joplin. Easy access to I-44 and I-49, shopping, athletic complexes, etc. Enjoy the large kitchen, fenced yard, and the feel of old school comfort. Listen to some oldies on the turn table or play some board games. Grill some burgers on the charcoal grill. At Porter’s Place, pet’s are family too. In fact, a friendly neighborhood cat named Leo enjoys frequently saying hello 😊 (If you need only one night just message me) 3 bedrooms each with queen size bed. 2.5 bathrooms total. One full master and one bedroom with private 1/2 bathroom in it. Large eat in kitchen. Table seats 4 plus two at the bar. Large fenced yard.

Great place Try papa’s massage chair
We just had a one night stop over between Chicago and Dallas and this place was perfect! Really easy on and off the interstate, clean, and Lenora was amazing to work with! Will def keep this one on our favorites list!
The home was attractive, clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen items. The fenced yard was good for small children.
We really enjoyed staying here and being so close to the city but having a country feel. Loved the family memories and the feeling like you are walking into your home. Loves listening to the wind chimes and the chirping birds. We had a very small issue but Lenora was very quick to respond and it was looked after quickly. We enjoyed having laundry facilities since we were away from home for a couple weeks. Looking forward to coming back for another stay. Thanks for a wonderful, relaxing and welcoming place to stay.
What a lovely homey home in the Silver Creek neighborhood. Very useable. Kitchen had everything we needed considering we cooked all of our meals while visiting. Clean bathrooms. Enough seating in living room. Excellent location with deep yards and trees throughout the yard. Very close to restaurants and shopping if that's your jam.

Quiet neighborhood. Feels like it’s outside city limits but is in fact in Joplin. Only minutes from shopping, restaurants, athletic complexes, downtown, etc. Less than a mile to I-44 and I-49. Northwest Arkansas is only 50 minutes south. Tulsa= 1.5 hours. Springfield= 1.25 hours Kansas City 2.5 hours
Parking on site in the driveway. Room for multiple vehicles and/or trailer.
