A bright, sunlit basement apartment is located in the welcoming Forest Hills neighborhood which has mature trees, front porches and friendly neighbors. Using the side door you enter the newly renovated and furnished space where you will find a fully stocked kitchen, cozy bedroom and a separate office/work space. The living room has a 60” TV with Netflix and a convertible sofa bed. High speed WiFi is included. The space provides everything you need to be productive or to kick back and relax.

Dave was very accommodating with all my requests. I would not hesitate to stay there again!
Dave was incredibly accommodating to a last minute request to host my pup and I and an even further last minute request to extend our trip. The place is gorgeous, clean, spacious and exactly the type of air bnb you hope to walk into. Check-in was super easy and parking was super convenient (a step from the door). The fully fenced backyard was a dream for my pup. I would 1000% recommend if you are looking in the Kitchener area.

Great hosts, friendly and easy to talk to, very understanding, respectful and responsive. The space was great cute, quiet and very much private separate space. Great location and central to get to any place that you need too

Close to the highway and easy access to city transit makes this location ideal for anyone. With a short 10 minute drive you can enjoy a walk at Huron Natural Park or Victoria park. Sunrise Shopping Centre is also close by where you can find everything from groceries to clothing. Looking for something to eat? Everything from fast food to fine dining is less than 10 minutes away.
