I had a wonderful stay at Daniela's place - it's in a great location next to a park and close to markets and restaurants (there's also a convenience store on the other side of the street). Everything was as described in the listing, the apartment is very clean and there is heating as well as air conditioning for the summer months and hot water for the shower and kitchen sink.

Very easy to write a review for Daniela’s place because it was all good. A sunny modern flat on the 8th floor with a lovely view of the Parque Centenário. Everything you could want in terms of wifi, kitchen equipment etc. I had my own ensuite bathroom with bath, so I had complete privacy plus the opportunity to socialize with Daniela, her Mum and son and some very cool Airbnb guests. Highly recommended, a lovely stay.

It was really nice to stay here for 2 weeks while we looked for a permanent place in the city: Good points: - the location was perfect, overlooking the park, the neighbourhood is beautiful and the cafe (Amelia) on the corner does great coffee and food. - the place is very clean, shared between us (a couple) Dani and her son, and another guest, the kitchen and common areas were always clean and a cleaner came twice during our stay to change the sheets and clean the room. -the room has everything, a big private bathroom, a big desk and nice chair to work at (very good Wi-Fi), air conditioning, a big smart TV, and a big window. It was really nice and private. -Dani was extremely helpful and kind and made us feel comfortable. I recommend this room to anyone!

Great room, great place, great location, great price with an amazing host! All that you need and more, if you're looking for a comfortable room with all included and more this room is highly recommended!!
