New building is located in beach area of Pärnu, which makes it ideal for both vacation&business stays. Apartment has been designed&equipped, keeping in mind variety of needs of people, also suits well for families. There are tennis courts nearby. Apartment is located in a new house, which makes it safe and warm. There is air conditioning, which can be used both for cooling and warming. Lighting is nicely arranged.

There are best tennis courts, right next to the apartment (in the same building, but not with the same entrance). Walking to central beach takes 10 minutes and to the city centre 15 minutes. In the same building (with the same entrance), there is nice beauty salon offering wide range of professional beauty services. Not far from the apartment, there are famous SPA hotels with wellness services and nice restaurants.
Public transport passes by (busses). There are also car rental companies in the city.
