Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Cottage 2 is located at the back end of the main house shown in picture. Side line access via entrance gate with signage the cottage located on the entry gate . This cottage is small but very comfortable for 1 person . Has ensuite , tv room , small fridge , kettle , toaster etc. also a beautiful patio . No pets sorry. Price is for 1 person only .. Thank you :) Strictly no parties or gatherings . Plenty of hotels near by for those things :)

Was very easy to find and perfect my overnight stay! Joanne’s place was comfortable and cute. She’d left milk, water and breakfast supplies for me. Bed was comfy and it was a very homey vibe. Would definitely recommend this cottage

Our neighbours are lovely and happy to see guest and pleased when you don’t park in front of their houses :)
The special thing about this cottage is that you can leave your car and walk to Beaumont Street Hamilton where beautiful cafes and night life are . We also have a train station 300 meters away that can take you right into the heart of Newcastle with the lovely foreshore and beaches are .
