Host Olla is kind and helpful. the room is quite small and public area is a little dark lack of light, the furniture inside room looks corrupt and unpleasant.

The host was very responsive. we forgot our keys in the house and she helped us out in the middle of the night. she also provided snacks and water in the room refrigerator. great place and very clean!

First, the host is polite. However, there are a few things that need to exposed. For one, I arrived at 10:16 p.m. in Uber and contacted the host until 9:45 p.m., informing her of my arrival within 15 minutes. The host has quiet time after 10 p.m., so she is unresponsive no matter what happens. The lights outside were off, and finding the right house was hard for me. It was dark, and I had to contact Airbnb customer service to help me locate the property. Then, there were three keys for the locks, and it was pitch dark, which took me a bit longer. My room didn't have a lock which means anyone could walk in my room by accident. The bathtub needed to be cleaner, and there was no hot water. The location is a 49-minute walk from Newark Penn Station, so you do need an Uber, which is only $9 to get to the place. The host suggested NJ transit bus b 105, which will take 25 mins from Penn station to come, and the schedule and the bus are not very easy to find on late arrival.
