With a large deck and dock (6' water at the end), spacious cinderblock glass-enclosed picnic pavilion, horseshoe pits, fire pit area, and plenty of shaded space to enjoy the outdoors, Horseshoe Bend is the perfect spot for your next getaway. Launch your boat from the boat ramp immediately adjacent to the property. - This is a very gently sloping lot with easy access to the water for swimming, boating, or fishing. - Newly remodeled bathrooms (Jan 2024)! - Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, bedroom #2 has 2x twin beds, and bedroom #3 has a queen bed. There are also twin-sized fold up cots in the closets of bedrooms #1 & #3. - Full kitchen with dishwasher. - Some beach towels provided, but it is suggested that you bring your own. Please do not use bath towels outside. - The Pavilion is included with rental. It is a great place to have a picnic, stage your outdoor gear, or enjoy a screened-in view of the lake, day or night. Please do not leave wet towels/clothes on the wood furniture - instead, please use the towel rack inside the pavilion. - The wood stove in the Pavilion has recently been professionally cleaned and serviced and is available for use.
