This place was very accessible and cómodo enough restrooms for everyone and very nice kitchen great size pool, good enough wild life. Iguanas and lots of different colorful birds and the mangos were delicious. Eduardo was very friendly and attentive to our needs. And he is also so close by. I will stay here again for more time.

Great stay in Playa El Cuco! We were a group of nine and the house had plenty of space. Checking in was straightforward and we were assisted with parking upon arrival, which is accessed through the gated entry doors. It is very private lot on a rather busy two lane road across from the beach. Once you are on the property it feels like a little oasis. Its design is akin to a resort—open air courtyard, large covered patio, massive pool with bar and rooms separated in a somewhat modular design. All in all this place was amazing and we are happy to come back again in the future! If you are driving, the only challenge you may encounter is getting the gates open and maneuvering the vehicle in during times when the road is busy. However, that isn’t a drawback so much as circumstance of the location.

Place is very clean and nice. Lots of bugs in the pool and it’s in on the beach like it says but it’s 5 minutes or less walking
