A cosy house in a local village not too far from Chiangmai city center (15km or 30mins drive). The property has a big garden with seasonal flowers/fruit trees and local herbs e.g. mango, banana, jackfruit and tamarind. The airport & local tourist attractions e.g. Bosang handicraft market (4km), Wat PhraThatDoiSaket (10km) or SanKamPang hotspring (22km) can be reached within 5-30min drive. - Our wifi speed is 500/500 Mbps. - We have 2 scooters for rent. Stayed for a month. Really enjoyed the place. Pros: Peaceful 7/11 about 15 min walk (.5 mile) Market next to 7/11 30 min to Central Chiang Mai Tweechol Botanical Gardens was close by Great restaurants on Grab All amenities needed for long term stay Beautiful landscape Really felt at home Host is responsive and friendly They gave us little treats throughout our stay from the trees and plants on the property and my daughter loved going over and having conversations with the ladies of the property. Cons: I thought long and hard about the cons but there really weren’t any. If you pick this location you know it’s not in the city. Any issues I had with the home was addressed promptly. The beds are hard but that’s expected and I actually got some really good sleep on them. I would definitely return.
Nice place to stay, lovely peaceful gardens. The hosts were super helpful and very responsive. Recommended!

There's a local market and modern convenient stores (7-eleven & Tesco express) in the neighborhood (less than 5 mins bike)
From Chiangmai International Airport, the most convenient option is to take Grab/taxi or rent a car (20 km approx.) Alternatively, you may take a local pickup truck but this requires you to transfer to another pickup truck line. More details/drop off location can be inquired separately. From Chiangmai railway station, you can cross the road to the opposite bus stop and call Uber (12 km) or take a "Warorot market - Doi Saket" (กาดหลวง - แม่ก๊ะ - ดอยสะเก็ด) local pickup truck from there.
