"Coastal Palms" is minutes to the beach and is a private 4-BR 2-BA family friendly heated pool home that Sleeps 12. Enjoy a private pool, backyard, firepit, gas grill, spacious driveway, beach items, laundry room, coffee bar and baby items(playpen, crib, high chair, baby swing, baby monitor, and toys). Near the beaches, sport venues, parks, aquariums, theme parks, breweries, distilleries. You're only: 15 min. to beaches 15 min. to Tampa 10 min. to St. Pete 10 min. to Clearwater ** Pool Heater** The Pool can be heated to 80° upon request. Upon booking, please advise during the booking process if it will be used during your stay. The heater will not be available from April 1st through October 1st. Master bedroom includes a large closet, master bath with two sinks, pool view from the bedroom's French doors, smart tv and wireless phone charger. Bunk bed room includes two sets of full twin bunk beds and a closet. Single Queen bedroom includes a closet and a smart TV. Double Queen bedroom includes a large smart TV and a closet and is on the opposite side of the house away from the other three bedrooms. Spare full bathroom is located at the end of the hall by the three bedrooms. The property has beach items and pool items to use, a playpen, baby crib, high chair and baby toys. Off the kitchen is a walk in pantry with plenty of space.

Our stay was amazing! It really did feel like home. Christopher always respond timely to any questions we had. The home was great for our family. My grandchildren love the pool and it had all we needed for our baby granddaughter! We are very thankful for the home away from home and hope to come again

My family and I (6 adults and 5 kids) enjoyed staying at this airbnb a lot. We had minor issues such as running out of toilet paper and paper towels and the bouncer not inflating properly (not safe to use) but otherwise our stay was great! The airbnb location was not closely as we had hoped from clearwater beach (about 30min away with very little traffic) but we made the most of it. We also wished the pool was heated as we had some cloudy days and the water was very cold. Overall, I would recommend this place. The host was very responsive and the airbnb had pretty much everything we needed.
I recommend Christopher's House, it was exactly as described. Clean and very spacious. They had all we needed to feel at home. If not using the pool there was plenty of board games to have a Fun time. Neighborhood was very calm and quiet. Me and My Family enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again. Christopher was very quick to reply back, and the Handbook there perfectly described information about the house. It was close to Beaches and to Tampa so it worked out perfectly for our Trip.

The home is located in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood. Neighbors love to drive their golf carts around the neighborhood. There are stables down the street and you may see some horseback riding outside of the neighborhood. The neighborhood is only 10 miles from the gulf coast beaches.
The location is on the heart of Pinellas County. We border St. Pete, Clearwater, Largo and Seminole. We are 15 minutes from the beaches and 15 minutes from Tampa. The house is in a well desired neighborhood that comprises of homeowners who live here for over 20 years. Children and families are always out walking each night.
The driveway is able to accommodate four vehicles.
