Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space located in the heart of beautiful Port Coquitlam. Newly renovated one bedroom suit featuring full kitchen, bathroom, and dedicated workspace. Enjoy benefits of urban living while minutes away from countless trails, parks, rivers, lakes and mountains of PoCo. A spacious bedroom has a queen bed, a dresser, a full size mirror and a computer desk. You can find a vacuum behind the bedroom door. Living area features a sofa bed that comfortably sleeps one guest, a coffee table, and a TV. Please note that sofa bed is 72" (185 cm) long, it probably won't fit a basketball player. Mattress topper for the sofa is available. Full kitchen offers a brand new gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, kitchenware, and silverware. There is a brand new laundry set in the unit. On the left from the laundry unit there is a mini walk-in closet where you can find a clothes rack, an iron, an ironing board, and a portable heater. Fire extinguisher and first aid kit are also in the closet. The three piece bathroom includes sink, toilet, and a freshly build shower. Hair drier is in the cupboard underneath the sink. We provide shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, some condiments.

The location is pleasant and tidy, situated in a peaceful and desirable neighborhood. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, and the bedding is spotlessly clean. We checked in a couple hours earlier and the host was very flexible. Highly recommended.
We had a great stay at Anastasia's. Very clean and spacious. We didn't use it but it was nice that a washer and dryer were there in case we did. Only 10min away from some beautiful forest hikes and 15min away from restaurants in the city.

very clean places, nice and clean kitchen with ample utensils, spacious bedroom with comfortable beds , good quality washer and dryer. the host is very friendly and responsive. the surrounding environment of the dwelling is pristine , peaceful with friendly neighborhoods.

There are numerous trails and parks available within walking distance from the unit. You are minutes away from De Bovine Slough, Hyde Creek Park, Pitt River, Shaughnessy River, Minnekhada Regional Park, Pinecone Burke Provincial Park.
If you have access to your own vehicle you can easily access countless grocery stores, restaurants, supermarkets, of Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam. Coquitlam Centre Mall is 15 minutes drive away. You can reach downtown Vancouver in 30-45 min (depending on the traffic) via Hwy 1.
There are few bus stops within short walking distance. A nice little convenience store that has almost everything is 5 min walk from the unit.
If you travel by public transport it will take 1.5 hr or less to get to Vancouver (depending on the district). It is 30 min bus ride, then 45 min - 1 hr Skytrain ride.
Faster way is to take Uber to skytrain station (10-15 min) and take Skytrain to your destination. Skytrain is the fastest transportation in Greater Vancouver area.
When you arrive, please park in the driveway in front of the house.
The lockbox is near the main entrance of the house above the mailbox.
Entrance to Urban Retreat is around the corner on the right from the main door.
