Nice house pretty spacious driveway very peaceful and private

Check in was easy and the house was clean. The area is quiet of road noise. The upstairs bathrooms are a little dated and the water pressure was inconsistent. Overall, the house is nice and roomy and fit our use well.

Terence was very responsive, almost to a fault. At one point the fire alarm started going off and he immediately checked in to make sure that everything was okay. It would have been nice to know a couple of things going into the house, like how the downstairs shower doesn't work if the washing machine is running though. Other than that, it did get a little bit awkward when my girlfriend and I were awoken by him showing up on the day of checkout thinking that everyone had left because the car out front was gone. The location was very convenient and I loved the master bathroom's bathtub.

The host responded to every request we made very quickly. This is an older home, but it accommodated the needs of our group well. It is close to shopping and restaurants. The back deck is perfect for an outdoor meal or a moment to enjoy the quiet!

We had a lovely long weekend at this house. Host was very responsive to whatever we needed. The house is beautiful and rooms are very large and well furnished, but more seating is needed in the living room. We enjoyed the large dining table to eat meals and play games. The kitchen was clean and had everything we could possibly need to cook a couple of nice, large meals and even bake a cake! To be fair, the house is older than what it looks like in the photos. The air conditioning had a hard time keeping up with the hot summer days. I did not like that we could not control the thermostat ourselves, but host was happy to adjust it for us. The house was quite warm during the day but the host brought us a large fan which helped immensely!! He even brought ice cream for the kids! The upstairs bedrooms have their own window units so they were a bit cooler. The beds are very firm but comfortable. We absolutely LOVED the pool and the outside area! And the claw foot tub was amazing! Great stay!
