I really wish I could give this unit 5 stars, the property was great. Good amenities, beautiful surroundings, clean and comfortable unit with everything you need! The hosts were kind, however the unit was originally listed as a 2 story, which it wasn't. It's a ground level, under a 2 story unit. There is no sound proofing, and you could hear the upstairs tenants. We were unfortunately under a partying unit that kept us up until 3am each night which really hindered our trip. I believe the hosts will ensure this doesn't happen with other customers as they did seem genuinely upset as well with the situation. Would definitely come back to the resort and stay with Cai and John again, just hopefully have a bit of a different experience.

Cai Ling & John’s place was exactly as described and the perfect place to stay if you are wanting to be near Banff and Canmore. They were very responsive and the place was beautiful! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay and the most amazing was the view when you are inside the home. Bright and clean. We will surely go there again.
