GaonStay @Hongdae Cozy and comfortable accommodation. It's a private house on the 1st floor with own yard space . No hills and stairs on the way from station to house. It is located 300m away from the Daeheung subway station(Line 6) and is 200m away from the bus stop. This house is located in a safe and quiet residential area surrounded by university neighborhood, and available to walk to the young and trendy Hongdae area and Yeonnam-dong town on foot. There are three individual bedrooms, one living room, one bathroom, kitchen, and small yard where vine trees growing.

地理位置很优越，距离弘大新村都很近，还有一家很大的emart在附近，房东简直是天使，我们到的那天下雨了，因为带着孩子，他很担心一直在关注着我们的行程，让我们一家很感动，家里非常干净，什么都有，什么都不用担心，可以看Netflix和Disney附近有一家特别好吃的炸鸡，出了门还有一个可以散步的小道特别美，很喜欢这里，下次来一定还在这里住哦。

房东特别热情善良好沟通！房子🏠很干净，住着很舒服…周围有很多宝藏小店（咖啡店&餐厅都有）~ 离地铁站/公交站也很近。总体来说是一次非常棒的体验

Leslie was super understanding of the excessive amount of luggages we had and was very kind enough to be flexible with an earlier check-in time. We got to meet her in person and she is very sweet. Leslie thoroughly cleans the home herself. The space is cozy and feels like home. The home is also located in a quiet and clean neighborhood and is within walking distance to Hongik University and many shops and restaurants. The home itself is very clean. We found the beds to be very comfortable, something we found to be rare to find in previous airbnbs we’ve been to in Korea. Highly recommend!

so it is easy to travel around all over Seoul, and very convenient to access to airport as well.
Due to the difficult nature of downtown Seoul, there is no parking lot.
