Great convenient yet private location, and Mojgan was very friendly and courteous. The place was as described, and works well for a family weekend getaway.

We went with family and a few of our friends, unlike many rental places, this place was very clean and beautiful, with all new and clean facilities, the towels and bed linens were very clean. The breathtaking beauty of the sea seen from the room and living room was really interesting. We made a small fire in the courtyard. The host had provided all outdoor facilities as well, they were very polite and quick in responding. Most importantly, the price was very reasonable compared to similar houses. I am sure we will go there again, it is great for a weekend getaway where you want to be away from the city's hustle and bustle but still close to amenities.

The cottage is very cute, in a great location and close to all amenities as well as port of orillia. We had pretty much everything we needed for a comfortable stay including a functional kitchen. The view from the backyard is great and we also enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard. Beds were comfy and extra duvets were provided.

My extended family spent two nights at this Airbnb. I can see the potential of what it will become, however it was not ready to be rented. The renovations were incomplete. The fridge was not cooling or freezing. The house was dirty, bathrooms dirty and there were inadequate bedding provided (this was after asking if we needed to supply our own, we were assured there was bedding). There was mold growing in the coffee maker and not adequate disposal system for toilet paper that is not supposed to be flushed. The host refunded our cleaning fee. Neighbors around the property made mention of a large party prior to our arrival. I don't think the property was cleaned before out arrival at all. Disappointed.
