Enjoy a relaxing, peaceful experience at this centrally-located, beachfront property. Walk out the door and in 20 steps touch the sand, feel the ocean breeze, and see the crystal clear blue water. With ample beds and a spacious living area, this is great for families, multiple families, or a friend group. Easily access snorkeling, sunsets, bonfires, beach walks, and more. Close to Jobos Beach, Crash Boat, BQN airport, and many other places and sites. You walk into the open-concept kitchen/dining/living area. The doors off the kitchen lead to the private deck with beautiful ocean views. To the left is the dining table and family room with TV. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the left side of the family room. One room has a queen-sized bed, and the other room has a two twin beds. The queen bedroom closet has a bin with an air mattress, air pump, and linens for it. The bathroom is a jack-and-jill between the two bedrooms. From the kitchen, there is a hallway that leads to the other two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One room has a queen-size bed and the other has a twin-over-full bunk bed.

What an amazing stay!? The property was beautiful, clean, and steps away from the beach. The sweet sounds of the ocean and nature could be heard all throughout the unit. There is a small pathway that leads to a beautiful beach that's just outside the property. It's worth mentioning that the beach is not swimmable but great for chilling and hanging out. Also, due to the proximity of the property to the BQN airport, there was some occasional aircraft noise (once or twice a day). We had one small issue with the hot water in the shower. Pearce the owner, who was exceptional to work with assured us that it was available and was on standby to resolve this. The location was great and the locals in the area were super friendly! Its really close to stores, eateries, and less than 5mins away from the beautiful Playa Jobos Beach which is perfect for swimming and hanging out. We saw some of the most beautiful sunsets from this beach. All in all, ESBH 1 is definitely highly recommended!
Pearce was an excellent host during my family’s stay. The location is very private with lovely and quiet beach only 30 seconds for your front door. We did have some issues with the propane note being hooked up the first night, but Pearce was very proactive and quickly took care of the issue. I would highly recommend this home!

We had a good stay at Pearce's place in Isabela. Pearce was very responsive and flexible. The rooms are good size and beds are comfortable. There is an entrance to a beautiful - but very windy - beach in front of the house. The beach outside is on a reef so it's not ideal for swimming but there are beautiful beaches nearby. There was not much in the kitchen but salt so be prepared to bring everything in if you plan to cook.

We are located in Isabela, Puerto Rico on the beach. Small-town beach vibes, with a big focus on family and community. Slower-paced, easy living with lots of surfing, snorkeling, sunbathing, and swimming. There are lots of local shops and restaurants that offer a variety of types of cuisine.
It is best to get around by car since there are no sidewalks. Some people do walk to some nearby restaurants or shops, but I recommend having a car. There is ample street parking and/or parking lots, and there are paid parking lots near some beaches. Puerto Rico is an amazing island to explore many towns and natural environments.
