My parents stayed at Charles place for their vacation in London and loved everything about it. Charles was a great host and very helpful with whatever they needed. My parents are looking forward to stay again including myself next time we are in London. Thanks for a great stay.

The house is cozy and clean. It is located at a quiet residential area and very near to the main street with some good restaurants. It’s also near to M&S so we can get everything we need. Though the house is a little bit small for three of us but it is extremely comfortable and everything is modern and stylish. We wholeheartedly recommend this house to my friends.

Good & calm location - as two girls, we were going back home late without worrying. Location is pretty easy access - tub and bus close by. Looks exactly like the pictures - newly renovated. Cleanliness 90% - clean bedsheets and towels but dusty (hair & dust) but host sent a cleaner the next day Reactive host - Charles was very reactive and quick to provide solutions (sparekey on demand) Considering the high prices for housing in London (and in comparison to what our friends had for more expensive), this apartment was good and fairly valued.

For the amount that is charged for the cleaning fee the hairs on the floor and dust I think it was overpriced. However it was a lovely weekend stay, a quiet neighbourhood and the bed was so comfy! Enjoyed the stay and Charles was very friendly. Would definitely recommend!
