Simply splendid! Kaye was very welcoming and accomodating. From the moment we walked in, we fell in love with the most spectacular views. It was very clean, everything was fully stocked and very tidy. Close to town and in a quiet location. We are so glad we chose Lake View Retreat to stay at while we got married in Queenstown, it made it extra special. We could not fault it. Can’t wait to stay again when we come back in the future!

Great place to stay. My wife and I stayed in the penthouse upstairs. Looks like you can rent a lot more of this place but we had it all to ourselves. The views are amazing. Loved the quite location but still very close to town. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire place. I would love to stay here with more of my family one day.

From the time we booked Kaye’s air bnb until we were staying at the property Kaye was always so responsive. Kaye’s place was absolutely breath taking. From the moment we walked in the views were beautiful. Everything was fully stocked and very tidy. Thank you for your hospitality Kaye.

When you walk into the penthouse and up the stairs, the view of the Remarkables will just take your breath away. I travel often and this is HANDS DOWN the best air bnb I’ve ever stayed at. Kaye is just as much of a gem as her place is. She provided a ton of recommendations for restaurants 2 weeks before arrival which helped us make reservations. She even met us at the house on arrival to give us a warm welcome. We’ve been in contact for over a year now (having rebooked our honeymoon 3 years later) and she left us a handwritten card and gifted us lovely bottle of champagne to help us celebrate! If you want to do queenstown right, book this air bnb
