Brand new 4K Sony Tvs are installed in the bedroom and sitting room. We can host 2 people with the day bed and the Queen bed in the bedroom. So serene sitting on your Lakefront deck enjoying beverages while birdwatching Loons and ducks in the water, and Eagles & Cranes fly by. Most peaceful place to stay! This gem of a suite is a ground floor apartment facing the beautiful Lake Nipissing . The entrance is on the side of the building. The suite is below the owners apartment. The property is shared with the owner Doreen who is a lovely friendly woman. The suite is a bright 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, with a large open concept living room and kitchen with a sunroom and a day bed.

This is a First Nation Community and we are known as “Yellek”. Quiet and friendly neighbourhood surrounded by trees. We have a local store at the beginning of our road called “How Convenient”where you can buy original First Nation art, jewellery, moccasins, gifts etc.., across the Road you can visit another huge First Nation craft shop with so many unique items that you will not be disappointed. It is called “ Supplies for the Soul”. You can also gas up on the reserve for a cheaper price than in town:) If your 420 friendly we have 4 dispensaries on our First Nation where you pay no Tax on items and it’s much cheaper and that applies to all stores on our First Nation.
The suite is 12km from North Bays grocery stores and restaurants. The neighbourhood has one exit to the highway. And there are 2 parking spaces on the property and accessible parking is available.
