I honestly couldn’t wait to do this review Matt was nice very responsive. The place was clean I felt right at home. He was very accommodating. The photos look exactly like the home. I did not want to leave we was here for my daughter cheer competition. I definitely will book everytime I come for comp. Looking to plan my birthday trip here. Matt you are awesome thank you so so so much. I wish nothing but grey success and blessing.

Had a blast! Can’t believe the month passed so quickly. So much to do in Foley/Gulf Shores. If we weren’t doing touristy things, we were in Matt’s pool. House was very clean. Matt and his wife, Kristin, tended to the pool and yard throughout the month. No need to go to the beach everyday with a private pool in the backyard. The house was close to all the attractions but far enough away from the main thoroughfares to remain quiet. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook inside or BBQ outside. Beds were comfortable. Living room and sunroom were our two most used spaces on the few rain days. Big TV in living room made evenings enjoyable, a lot like home. We missed four winter storm warnings and one blizzard warning back home. Fortunately, we were at Matt’s house for the month. We will try to book Matt’s place again next year!

Matt was an awesome host first off. The property was very pretty, private, very clean and homey! My wife, children, and I enjoyed our stay at the property! Matt’s property has some great amenities, including but not limited to, board games for family time, very clean, new appliances, and very comfortable furniture to include the beds! We enjoyed spending time grilling in the back yard near pool side, the kids loved the pool and watching the coy pond! If you’re looking for some peace and quiet, whether with kids, or just the adults, Matt’s place is for sure worth the time and cost!
