Just what we needed, great views of the snow capped Rockies , off the beaten path and well worth the $$..During our stay Mother Nature opened up the snow gates and shortened our stay but would definitely go back here! Driving through the mountains getting to the spot is slow and windy but for our family was one of our favorite parts of our trip! Thanks Mike, for the great communication to the perfect little getaway!
This lovely cabin is very private and secluded. You hear nothing but your own breath and foot steps. It's located on an elevated place. So you can enjoy the views of the nearby mountain right from the cabin. There are wild animals like deers around. The wifi inside the cabin is very fast, no problem with streaming. It has Roku TV in the bedroom. The kitchen has stove and coffee maker. We stayed here in Winter. The room is very warm and cozy. The road to the cabin was not that bad during snowy winter condition. We have a small truck with AT tires. For the most part, we were driving with 2WD only. There are some steep uphill road though, AWD/4WD will definately help. But I belive a good set of AT tire or snow tire (winter) will get you there. This place has a "HUGE" yard. I bet you can do lots of activities in summer time. All in all, if you are looking for a private and quiet get away experience. This is the place for you.
Great place! Very quiet and secluded. Enjoyed coffee while overlooking the Spanish Peaks.
This property is located in a very quiet 35 acre sub division. Where wildlife are around.
