From the outside the place was neat. However, upon entering it was found that the place needed to be a bit cleaner. Upon entrance to the villa the living room and kitchen was very nice and accommodating but there was a closet that attained roaches and another closet with a broken door. The host was very responsive and helpful citing that this has never occurred before and someone would be there to address the issue immediately. However I cannot speak to how the issue was rectified as I left the establishment .

Thank you Koral and Andre. We loved our stay. The apartment is spacious and so peaceful. I loved sitting watching the sunset outside and sometimes the sunrise. The pool was great, especially inviting after a super hot day out. Koral and Andre were incredibly responsive - if we had questions, we always had an answer within minutes and when needed Andre would be at the apartment quickly. For a family with children, the apartment was well suited, safe with no clutter. And they’d thought about kids - there was a small table & chairs, stools (good for reaching taps), toys. and drawing things. And of course, the kids loved switching on Netflix and watching shows. There were a few teething problems, for example the cooker wasn’t working - but these issues were addressed, and if they couldn’t be immediately resolved, there were well-thought out temporary solutions. They always invited honest feedback and were keen to reflect and act on it. All in all, a great find!
