We had THE BEST time at the cabin! Extremely cozy with the most beautiful views. Super clean, comfortable, everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. The island has an amazing boardwalk the entire way around connecting all the cabins and at low tide we were able to walk below the boardwalk and look for sea critters and shells. Jamie and Daniel are super responsive and made the trip so easy-they picked us up from the airport, took us back to town early on our last day to roam around, then dropped us back off at the airport. I will definitely come back and bring more friends and family. This would be a perfect place to have a larger group for relaxing and fishing and there is a big lodge in combination with all the smaller cabins.

The perfect Alaskan getaway in a quiet, secluded island. We were completely impressed with Daniel and Jamie’s hospitality and attention to detail. Daniel picked us up from the airport and ferried us across the water on a short 5-min boat ride. We saw salmon and sea lions during the ride. As we docked, we were greeted by two happy dogs (Radar and Brody). In the evening, we cooked a small dinner and built a fire for s’mores. We picked wild blueberries and watched bald eagles flying overhead. The sunset view was absolutely breathtaking. Daniel organized a private charter, with an extremely talented Captain, where we were able to catch silver salmon in waters south of Sitka. He cleaned and packaged them for us for easy travel. We can’t recommend this place enough! It is completely worth the visit!
