The space was nice. it was a cute little apartment but the view from the window was what looked like a dumpster overflowing with garbage, it may be because of the recent renovations though. there was also a bit of black mold near the window of the bathroom. other than that the space was clean and a good spot!

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage, ruhig aber auch in der Nähe von Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten. Auch das belebte Zentrum ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einziger negativer Aspekt war der Müll im Innenhof. Vermutlich ist dieser nur vorübergehend, da es nach Renovierungsmüll aussieht, aber so kam beim Lüften, was auf Grund der feuchten Räume nötig ist, Teergeruch von der Dachpappe rein die sich dort stapelt. Die Wohnung an sich war aber sauber.

I agree with previous reviewers who said that the place was small, cold, humid and I think it was mold that appeared on the wall (which is can be explained due to humidity). Construction is going on in the apartment(s) above and huge pile of construction garbage will be your view from either window of the apartment, plus the pile grew as we stayed there - new garbage kept falling off from the roof/above apartments at 7:30 Saturday morning (imagine the noise too). The weather in Brussels sucked during our stay and we could not even cozy up in the apartment as we just did not want to go back there. I thought that female "workers" met on the street on the way up to the apartment would be the biggest surprise but that was until we got in the apartment. I feel sad writing this as usually my airbnb experiences are good. I put three stars just because of proximity to the centre and that the price for 2-night stay was okay (for Brussels, I suppose).

Eduardos place is a great option if you are looking for accommodation within walkable distance to the Grande Place. The accommodation was clean and tidy. Would highly recommend
