The Woodland Lodge is located an hour away from Copenhagen. We are surrounded by the estate landscape of Gisselfeld Kloster and situated 800 meters from the famous Forest Tower. Take a walk in the forest and also visit our neighbors at Hesede Hovegaard, where you can shop for design items and fantastic running shoes. Lunch can be enjoyed at Restaurant Villa Gallina just down the forest path. They serve traditional Danish open-faced sandwiches. Unfortunately, I cannot share links here. The easiest way to get around is by your own car, and it's very convenient to reach us as the highway is only a 10-minute drive away. Parking is free in most places in the area. Feel free to bring your bicycle and hiking shoes. We have plenty of areas and trails for hiking and cycling. If you need a bus, please visit moovitapp online.
