Our property includes a 1 bedroom garage apartment. A private pool & spa on a sprawling 5 acre estate makes this the quintessential entertainer's delight. Whether you're here to celebrate with loved ones or simply unwind in the Texas Hill Country, The King Ranch is a charming slice of paradise! The King Ranch is a very quiet and serene property for you to enjoy! Located just 5 minutes from the center of Dripping Springs (all your shopping needs) & on 6 gated acres, you and your guests will have access to the entire property. The house is on a very secluded residential street and is very peaceful! The layout of the home and garage apartment gives ample space for complete enjoyment for larger gatherings. EVERTHING IS INCLUDED: From laundry supplies, pantry items, pool towels & pool floats, lanterns, bug spray & blankets for the firepit, first aid kits, dog supplies, cards, indoor and outdoor games, etc. you're sure to have the BEST stay! The home is very well stocked for larger gatherings. Should you be curious on specific items, please message the host. We offer a filtered water cooler for your drinking needs in the kitchen. The home is on a well and offers a full water filtration and softener system. The home also has a massive refrigerator and freezer in the main kitchen with an additional oversized refrigerator in the laundry room perfect for all your food & beverage storage & entertaining platters. Wine enthusiasts will love the large wine storage cooler. Small events are available during your stay with pre approval from host. The home is supplied with extra folding tables and chairs should you desire to have gatherings to celebrate your weddings, birthdays or work events with guests not staying with you at the Ranch. We ask that guests honor quiet hours of 10pm - 8am for the neighbors. The hot tub can be heated for $100 for the duration of your stay. The pool is available to be heated (if TX temps are cooler) during March-May for an additional fee of $200 for your stay. Please include what you would prefer heated when booking.
