What a wonderful stay in a truly extraordinary historic home. Emileigh and Allen were wonderful hosts and made the trip we took with my mother-in-law truly special. Emileigh was so friendly upon our arrivaln, knew about the history of the home and gave us a tour. Allen prepared nice hot breakfasts and was very nice and accommodating. The location was also perfect - quiet but in walking distance to the charming downtown area. Highly recommend staying here!

If you are looking for a historical stay with quaint charm this is the place for you! The Starrett House is truly a wonder and the hosts are doing a good job keeping the houses historical character and amazing architecture. The house connects your stay to a time of the past. The host was easy to communicate with and provide easy check in/ check out. Coffee and Tea service was available all day and a warm breakfast was available in the mornings which was home cooked. We would love to come back for another stay soon!

This is a traditional bed & breakfast, which was fun. The historic house is beautiful and unique. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Hosts were super responsive. I would definitely stay here again.
