Ascend the free-floating spiral staircase to arrive at the 2nd floor Ann's Parlor room. Enjoy the serenity of an elegant 4-poster queen bed set against green and cream wallpaper. This room has a compact private bathroom with tiled shower, and even a small private porch from which to watch the sunrise over the strait & enjoy the cooing of resident mourning doves. A perfect room for those who love fresh air and light as it also boasts four large windows. Each room in the Victorian Starrett House is located on the second floor of the house and includes it's own private bathroom. Please note that you do need to be able to climb stairs to access the rooms. The Sitting Room and dining room are located on the ground floor and are shared with other guests. For the musically inclined, we offer a piano for your enjoyment in the Sitting Room. 24/7 coffee and tea service is available in the Dining Room. Complimentary Wi-Fi is included throughout the home.

This is a lovely historic location, close to all the main things to do in town, with incredible views of the waterfront. The house is vintage Victoriana, another example of the lengths these newly northwest gentlemen went to to entice their wives to move west. Bedroom was very comfortable. Breakfasts were decent, nothing to write home about. We would stay here again!
The Starrett house is beautiful inside and out. The new owners are trying their best to restore it back to its original condition. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. Be sure to plan for not having a mini fridge/microwave in the rooms since they’re keeping with the time period as best as possible. We were also able to have a tour and learn about the history of the house. In the morning we had a lovely home cooked breakfast in the dining room.
Love love love this place! What a gorgeous, one-of-a-kind stay. Loved the breakfasts daily, and the house and room were just incredible slice right out of history. Amazing location, super easy and beautiful walk to everything Port Townsend has to offer.
