The 'La Pigna' apartment, surrounded by greenery, is located in one of the quietest areas of the city, in an oasis of serenity just a few minutes from the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the historic center of Pisa. It is easily accessible by public transportation, well connected to the train station and the airport. It can accommodate up to 6 people, with 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace for outdoor dining.

La casa di Roberta si trova in un quartiere residenziale tranquillo non lontano dalla Torre di Pisa e dal centro di città. E' molto spaziosa e luminosa con arredamento moderno e di gusto. Era molto pulita e non mancava niente, i materrassi erano comodissimi e se avessimo avuto tempo, saremmo stati volentieri qualche giorno in più. È stato un soggiorno perfetto e se ci capita l'occasione, ritorneremo volentieri! Grazie per l'accoglienza.
The flat is spacious and has a good sized balcony. The Wifi is excellent and the beds are very comfortable. It's in a green and peaceful location on the northern edge of town. It's a pleasant 20 minute walk to the sights, and there is a bus round the corner to take you to the river or the central station for day trips. All in all it is a good space to be in and we would come back. So no complaints - other than communications.... To get access to the flat we had to complete a contract with a third party company which was sent via email (NOT via Airbnb) on the morning we were due to arrive, which was stress-inducing. Once this was finally completed the instructions (which arrived by messaging service) were clear enough, but this could all have been done a couple of days beforehand. Also could have done with some guidance on the locks which are fiddly if you don't know how they work.
It was very nice stay. The apartment is very comfortable, with beautiful tarraze and two comfortable bathrooms. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, 20mins walk from City center.
Great, spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood. it's about a 20min walk into the centre with a few shops/supermarkets close by. Lorenzo met us to let us in and was super helpful organizing taxis (there is no Uber in Pisa) and reserving us a fantastic, local restaurant. Super comfortable beds and a great terrace...would definitely return if we had the chance.

Pisa is a city to explore on foot: the historic center is small and compact, with attractions all close to each other. For example, some of the most important monuments are concentrated in one place, namely the Square of Miracles. For a first approach to the city, you can take a walk to immerse yourself in its wonderful atmosphere.
If you don't enjoy walking too much, buses are one of the alternatives. Near your home, you will find Line 2, with a stop 130 meters away at Largo Duca D'Aosta. This line is useful to reach the central train station in about 20 minutes. Before reaching the central station, it passes through the historic center, so you can get off at one of the stops along the Lungarni on the banks of the Arno River.
Line 4 can be taken at 140 meters away on XXIV Maggio 5 and it will take you to the historic center, reaching the central train station in about 25 minutes.
Alternatively, if you don't want to rely solely on public transport, you can use the convenient bike-sharing or electric scooter service from BIT Mobility. You will find more specific directions inside the apartment.
