Room 6 is built out in the garage, alongside another room (walls are thin!) Thankfully it is equipped with a personal AC/heater so it was comfortable overall. The room was not labeled as I was told but another housemate was present when I arrived to point me in the right direction. Didn’t have hot water for 5 days, was communicated it would be fixed on one day, and then it wasn’t fixed for many days after that. Because this room is in the garage, where the circuits are, maintenance and other housemates had to enter my room multiple times, and the co-host did not communicate to me that I should leave my door unlocked for them to enter while he was busy at a party, but suggested I moved rooms. Very frustrating. Also did not receive a partial refund for the lack of hot water for a week, the co-host ignored that request because they were “doing all they could”. Overall, good value for a temporary situation while I was looking for housing. Housemates were friendly, that was a huge plus!
