Whether you're here to experience the magic of Disney, explore the wonders of Universal Studios, or simply bask in the Florida sun, our Super Host property has everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Master Suite: A serene oasis with a Queen-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. Second Bedroom: Another Queen-sized bed for added comfort. Third Bedroom: Full Over Full Bunk Bed with Trundle for the kids or young-at-heart. (THE BUNK BED IS 2 FULL AND 1 TWIN, AT THE BOTTOM.) Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare meals with ease, featuring modern appliances, cookware, and ample counter space. Living Area: Relax in style with a large flat-screen TV and plush seating. Outdoor Oasis: A screened lanai with a private pool with Spa, Baleares Daybed and two lounge chairs, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Please be advised the pool is not heated.

What a fantastic home. It was exactly what we wanted. The master suite is beautiful and the house was clean and comfortable. We were attending an event at Osceola Heritage Center. We will definitely be back!
We had a great vacation at Marvin’s home. The house was extremely comfortable, clean, well stocked and the pool was fantastic. The fully fenced in yard was great for my dogs! Marvin was an exceptional host and I would not hesitate to stay here again.
We had a great stay. We cooked breakfast and a few dinners. Pool was great. I’m very happy with the whole experience and would do it again if I was staying in the area. Marvin was a great host and very accommodating. The kids loved their beds.
Marvin was an excellent host. My family and I felt right at home. The beds were comfortable, plenty of bath necessities, the master bathroom has a speaker installed in the light fixture which my husband really enjoyed. We will visit this home again

Parking Rules for Our Airbnb
Maximum Vehicles: Guests are allowed to park up to four (4) vehicles on the Airbnb property.
No Street Parking After 11 PM: For the comfort and safety of our neighbors, street parking is not permitted after 11:00 PM. Please ensure all vehicles are parked on the Airbnb property by this time.
Additional Parking: If you have more than four vehicles or require additional parking for any reason, please notify us in advance. We can provide you with a temporary parking pass and guide you to designated parking areas near the playground.
Respect Neighbor's Driveways: Please be mindful not to block or encroach on our neighbor's driveways or property while parking.
Tow-Away Zone: Any vehicle found in violation of these parking rules may be subject to towing at the owner's expense.
Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for ensuring that all vehicles they bring onto the property comply with these rules.
