This house is a great ski house for a family, like ours. close the both Dollar and Bald MTN, 5 mins to downtown, and has plenty of room.

I moved to Sun Valley/Ketchum to finish remodeling a home I bought on the Big Wood River. My plan was to then sell this home and move on to where there were more career opportunities. Forty years later I'm still here and now claim to be retired. I guess retirement for my age group is not having a mortgage and the kids are out of school. Except now the kids are moving back after finding this is the best place in the world to live. As a family we are alpine ski instructors, manage our own vacation rentals as well as others and love sharing the beauty of our valley with our guests.
