This house has been a highly rated Airbnb for several years. My husband and I fell in love with it and we had to buy it. It’s a place where you can bring the whole family. Located one mile from Nolin Lake State park with a beach and trails with waterfall. Two horse parks, Blue Holler Off-Road and Mammoth Cave National Park. We fell in love with the view from the front porch so we bought this beautiful established Airbnb and wanted to continue sharing it with others. The large front porch overlooks a lush yard where you sometimes find the neighborhood’s deer family grazing. The house has an open floor plan where the main attraction is family. Play some games in the great room in front of the fire place or cozy up on the couch and watch a movie. Retire to the back patio, where you can find a relaxing hot tub. Four bedrooms can accommodate 9 guests. There is something for all ages. The house is located a mile from Nolin Lake State Park with 9 miles of trails that lead to a beautiful waterfall. You can also find two horse riding parks and Blue Holler ATV Park about 5 miles down the road. It’s located about 45 minutes from the town of Glendale and The town of Bowling Green. Mammoth Cave National Park ( 15 min by Ferry). It has plenty of parking for your boats and trailers. Bring your toys and enjoy the local parks. Local restaurant are nearby and pizza delivery is available if you choose not to use the fully equipped kitchen or the charcoal grill that is provided. Bring some marshmallows, we provide a bundle of wood for the fire pit. Sit in the front yard and watch the sun set and enjoy a complimentary coffee on the front porch with the sunrise.
