We were in town for a conference, but have always stayed away from downtown. Carmel is a great place to hangout for a few days and Mona’s place put us close to everything!

Great place, convenient to many shops and restaurants! Had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the space was great!

This unit was wonderful and so was Mona. And so was the location. Look forward to staying there again.

Three tips for Mona: 1) Remind guests of 1/2 bath off kitchen. We didn't find until last morning. 2) Provide at least 2 sets of sleeping pillows per bedroom (throw pillows and decorative ones DON'T COUNT as NOT comfortable for sleeping. There were only 2 regular pillows (luckily we brought our own). 3) BE sure that there are plenty of towels, wash cloths and hand towels. We were short towels and WORSE EVER they had not been properly laundered. Newish towels had been washed and apparantly left to air dry. Equals unabsorbent, scratchy and uncomfortable to use. Small things make or break an experience. Flyers from walkable shops and restaurants would've been helpful. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay - thanks Mona!
