For the comfort of our guests, the property features: 2 Suites with double beds, wardrobes, and air conditioning; Living room with a sofa bed and flat-screen TV; Fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, cooktop stove, electric oven, barbecue grill, microwave, sandwich maker, electric kettle, blender, pots, dishes, and utensils; Dining room with a table and 8 chairs; 1 Powder room; Hotel-quality bed and bath linens (extra sheets and towels are charged by Seazone); Wi-Fi available; 2 covered parking spaces. The cleaning included in the price is only performed at check-out. If guests desire additional cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are provided, as well as sheets for the indicated number of guests. Linen changes can be requested for half the cleaning fee. Apartamento muito bom, bem equipada a cozinha n nos faltou nada, tudo muito limpo e organizado nos sentimos em casa. Só o barulho da rodovia que me incomodou mas tirando isso super recomendo este AP ele é lindo, fomos participar da feira Móvel Brasil e escolhemos ficar em Itapema praia mais tranquila.
