A peaceful place to rest and sleep after a busy day. The room we offer is ideal for a single person who needs an overnight stay away from the hustle and bustle but is in within easy reach of public transport to the city centre, either by bus or tram. The room is ideal for a person away from home and needs a place to stay for business commitments. The room is very comfortable and peaceful . ** Free parking on the road outside the property ** We have a guest room available in our 2 bedroom apartment, the room is a lovely, quiet and peaceful space. My husband and I live here with our lovely 10 year old sociable cat Milo. We are unable to provide breakfast but there is a very nice cafe on the Rivelin Valley Nature trail, 5 minutes from our apartment. There are also several pleasant local pubs which provide good food at reasonable prices. We have one bathroom, which a shared space between us and our guest.

It was lovely to stay with Jane again. She is a lovely and very helpful host and it's a great place to stay as a solo traveller.
Jane communicated well before check-in. Advised where I could eat, and offered to book for me. I declined as I was going to the local football match. Comfortable bed. I had a good night’s sleep. Will probably stay again.
Although the entrance was difficult to find, Jane provided a telephone number, so I could get assistance. Jane was friendly and helpful, and the accommodation was very reasonably priced. I would say you need a car if you are going to stay there.

Jane and Richard are really friendly. Always responsive to messages. Their place is clean and lovely. The room got everything you need. Feels like home and welcomed. It’s a quiet and peaceful place to stay. I recommend to everyone who comes to Sheffield:)

We live 5 minutes from the Rivelin Valley nature trail, a lovely area to walk by the water. Rivelin is a semi rural part of Sheffield with good transport links to the City
There is free parking on the road outside our apartment and public transport is easy, a 5 minute walk to the bus and a 12 minute walk to the tram terminus. An uber to the city centre is approximately £9
