Each room is equipped with air conditioning. Living room with 60-inch smart TV.

Beautiful piece of art!
I can’t recommend this place enough. If you are looking for a nice place near Vatican City and walking distance to other places, this is your spot. Hopefully we’ll be back.

Emanuele was a great host. Very responsive and allowed my family and I to leave our luggage in advance of our checkin which was greatly appreciated. Apartment is in a great location especially if you’re looking to explore the Vatican. It’s a perfect spot with lots of restaurants and stores around. It was also easy to catch a cab in the area. Now for some of the not so bright highlights of the apartment. The shower head in the second bathroom was pretty much non functional making it hard for 5 adults to shower in a timely fashion. On top of this, the water heater for the apartment couldn’t keep up making shower times even longer. Description of the apartment indicated having a microwave, but there was none. WiFi in the apartment could be improved and general maintenance could be improved ie window handles were broken not allowing us to open some windows. All in all, not a bad stay for the time left we had Rome, but definitely room for improvement.
Great location and spacious! Lots of cafes, shops and restaurants nearby. Close to Vatican and easy to get to other areas of Rome.

Cola di Rienzo street connects the Vatican city to People's Square from where you can visit Villa Borghese, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and so on .... everything will be accessible, reaching the points of interest will be easy and you will be able to live and let yourself be fascinated by Prati district, one of the most prestigious and coveted in Rome.
Thanks to the close Ottaviano Metro and Lepanto Metro, it will be possible to speed up connections and move to or from the train stations.
