You have my lovely home all to yourselves. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the city center, and there are grocery stores nearby. A golf course can be reached in 10 minutes by car. There are also scenic areas nearby and a wildlife park that can be reached in 10 minutes by car. If you want to go to the beach, it's a 10-minute drive away. Please note that the house has stairs, as it's built on different levels. When you enter through the front door, you arrive in the hallway, where my fully equipped kitchen is located on the left and utility room on the right. If you go down the stairs, you will enter my cozy living room with fireplace and TV, decorated in a mix of old and new. Additionally, there is access to the courtyard, where you can enjoy the sun and grill during the summer. Going up the stairs will take you to the bedroom, equipped with a TV. There is also an extra room with a desk and a bathroom with a shower. Bed linen, towels, cloths and tea towels are provided. No extra charge for cleaning. Smoking is not allowed indoors. There is an ashtray available for use outside.
