Charming house, 20 minutes south of Orléans and 1 hour and a half from Paris, sleeping up to 13/14, with terrace and garden, close to the Loire and the town centre on foot (5 minutes) and by bike (cycle path). Ground floor: 1 large living room (lounge and dining room), 1 closed kitchen, 1 toilet, 1 bedroom with shower and washbasin. The 2 sofas in the living room can be converted into 4 extra beds. Upstairs, 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. Terrace with garden furniture. Baby equipment (high chair, booster seat, cot, cododo and children's mattress) and kitchen equipment (raclette and fondue machines) are available on request. Free on-site parking.

Angéline et Mathieu nous ont accueillis à la perfection. Nous étions de mariage sur le week end et avions besoin d'une nuit avec une arrivée et un départ un peu complexe et ils ont été les seules à comprendre cette demande de réservation un peu particulière. Merci pour votre flexibilité, merci de nous avoir accueillis chez vous. Le logement est grand avec 4 chambres (dont une avec une douche). Le salon est spacieux avec deux bons canapés (lit), une grande table. Un jardin tout autour de la maison. Tout proche du centre ville (boulangerie,...). Il y a de la place pour garer deux ou trois véhicules dans la propriété. Encore merci pour votre sympathie et votre compréhension.

House located in a fairly quiet residential area, 5 minutes' walk from the pedestrianised street and its shops (bakeries, butchers, dry cleaners, fishmonger, bar, institute, restaurants, chemists, banks, library).
There are 2 free children's play areas: one next to the market hall, the other (with a zip line and structures) at the campsite (12 minutes' walk).
A 2-minute drive (or 10-minute walk) will take you to the supermarket, which has a petrol station just 2 minutes away.
