房东很热情，从订房开始就主动联系我们。入住也很方便，我们需要提前放行李，sunny帮忙联系清洁阿姨，很顺利就放进去了。房屋里面设施很齐全，洗发水沐浴露厕纸，厨房纸和纸抽没有找到。还是喜欢中文房东，沟通很方便生活习惯也差不多。我们第二天要租车，sunny为我们提供了停车建议，很感谢。只是订房的时候没有看清楚，是一房一卫，虽然四大一小可以住得下，但是洗澡上厕所有点不方便，需要排队呢……楼下就是唐人街，离车站也不远，晚上很安静。感谢照顾。

房东是讲粤语的，如果是讲英文或是普通话的客人需要注意。 我们由于种种原因和房东互相都没有联系上，导致了晚上差点露宿街头的后果。所以希望大家可以提早和房东约好，不要出现这种危急情况。 房子很大，但是卫生有待提高。并且在没到约定的退房时间时打扫卫生的阿姨就会进来。导致我们收拾行李和打扫卫生同时进行。介意的客人请慎重。 房子地理位置很好，就在唐人街上。

We made sure to read many of the reviews to this listing to know what to expect. The photos are an accurate description of this apartment; three of us were able to stay here comfortably, and the apartment itself was quite spacious. It is also equipped with your basic necessities, which was just enough for our one-night stay. The surrounding location is in the heart of Chinatown, and was equidistant to both Town Hall and Central Stations -- a very convenient and exciting location. Unfortunately, there is no working wifi (despite the description), the directions to the house had typos (we recommend following google maps), and the shower leaked a bit. It is also unfortunate that we had a confusing check-in experience. The host's phone number did not work, and the second contact did not speak any English. Had one of our travel buddies not understood some Chinese, we would have been quite lost understanding where to meet our second host to retrieve the house key, how to maintain house rules, or what was expected at check-out time. In addition, due to some miscommunications between both hosts, our second host had arrived late after having gone to a wrong location. After a long day of traveling, we could have done without the check-in confusion, but the apartment was accommodating enough.
