The house was awesome and spacious enough to host our group of 10 people comfortably for an entire weekend. The rooftop deck was also a nice touch.

The airbnb was great would recommend, we had 19 girls stay for a bach and had beds for everyone. The downstairs area and rooftop were larger than expected. Upstairs bedrooms minus the main didn’t have closets so suitcases had to be on floor/under beds. Which for 19 girls got crowded/messy. The rooftop and extra balcony’s were great areas to enjoy the weather/escape inside. 1 bedroom was downstairs so we put our noisy girls there. The rest were upstairs, rooms closest to the stairs you could hear some noise, but a sound machine went a LONG WAY. But our girls were very loud. The hosts were INCREDIBLY responsive and gave clear instructions. We added late check out very easily, the week of the reservation Ubers were between $10-$40 for XL. Cab XL around $40-60, Ubers home from broadway when busy were cancelling on us The area is a little run down (nothing they can do we knew that when booked). Never did we feel unsafe, just not an area you’d walk to bars like some other parts of Nas

This place was beautiful! It was so spacious and comfortable. Perfect for our group, everyone had their own bed and plus some! Transportation to and from downtown was super easy. Our host was very responsive with anything we needed! Would definitely stay here again when we come back to town!

We had the best time!! We were here with a group from all over and it was great to be able to fit everyone in one house. If you’re in town to go out then this house is perfect for you. I would not necessarily say it’s a “family-friendly” house if you have babies - there was hair in the bathroom, a large amount of lady bugs in a few rooms in the second floor (not a big deal to us), nail sticking out of floor board in bathroom- so as a mom I wouldn’t feel comfortable staying here with young babies who are crawling. BUT with all of that being said, as adults here to go out on Broadway and spend time with friends, it was absolutely the perfect house! My only suggestion would be to maybe get a new cleaner as the floorboards were very dirty, hair in shower, etc. but I still would 100% stay here again and we absolutely will the next time we try to plan a trip to Nashville!!
