Come stay at our comfy apartment on the back side of a historic brick house. This modern apartment has a cozy feeling to it. It is equipped with 1 bedroom that has two beds (queen & full sized pull out futon.) A full bathroom with amenities such as shampoo, body wash, and lotion, etc. A dining room and a dedicated work space. A laundry room equipped with washer, dryer, and laundry soap. It is located in a safe neighborhood, with almost an acre of land surrounding it. There is a back patio and fireplace for those who enjoy the outdoors.

This place was the perfect location in relation to our event venue. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The fan in the bedroom and the powerful AC made it very comfortable for a warm and humid night. The hosts did a great job reaching out with instructions in the days before our stay and it was an awesome value for the price. 10/10 recommend if you need a quiet and relaxing place to stay in Columbia City.
Absolutely adorable space with plenty of privacy. Also the hosts go above and beyond communicating and making sure you have everything you need. I highly recommend and will return!
