Guest house is two blocks from Coler and can ride to Slaughter Pen as well as downtown Bentonville trails/restaurants bars. Studio guest house has one queen bed, a futon sofa, air mattress, kitchen with full size fridge, microwave and bath/shower. While guest house has a pool view, pool is not available for use by guests. Make yourselves at home! Come and bring your bikes, or enjoy the nearby hiking trails, RISE workout stairs, and a coffee or beer at airship coffee after. Bike rental shops just minutes away if you don’t have your own. Coler cottage is within blocks of Coler Mountain, and minutes to Downtown Bentonville restaurants and bars, Crystal Bridges Art Museum, and the home of Walmart. Like college football? Just 30 minutes to the game to call the Hogs! Come back to a peaceful retreat after. If you’re here to enjoy a concert at the Walmart AMP, your a short 15-20 minutes away! When you return to Coler Cottage- enjoy relaxing on the patio, with your favorite Netflix show, or a game of table tennis or pool. Owners live on property in main home and have two dogs. Yard is fenced and you will have access to a gate with sidewalk that leads right to the guesthouse. Pool view but pool is not currently accessible for guests.
