This tranquil and convenient "Plum Pine" villa is hosted by Laura. 2 sunny bedrooms, 1 bathroom, the living room with modern kitchen connecting to the outside deck in the garden. Two parking spaces are available if needed. It is in the center of Gordon where is literally a 3-minute easy walk to Gordon Station. 5 minutes to café and restaurants, and 7 minutes to Woolworths, Post Office, and banks. Buses to everywhere are within 3 to 6 minutes of walking distance. Furry friends welcome! This is a premium quality and architect-designed villa with an independent entry from the quiet Lane. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed; The second bedroom has a single bed and working desk plus an Apple monitor for all online business and leisure needs. There is a double-size sofa bed in the living room. Both bedrooms have large wardrobes. Marble dining table with four chairs. An outdoor table for you to enjoy outdoor chatting.

The host welcomed us warmly with a note and welcome gifts, and her meticulous attention to detail made our stay exceptionally comfortable. She ensured everything was in good condition. Her kindness and care for guests were truly impressive. I would gladly revisit the place if I come back to Sydney.
Lovely place a short walk to the train station which was extremely convenient. Laura was easy to communicate with and always responded quickly and was helpful!

Laura was the best Airbnb host we've ever had! All the special/ thoughtful touches made us feel right at home and so welcome. She even baked a cheese cake- which was SO delicious! Was awesome that the place is dog friendly also- our dog Reggie loved his treats! Would highly recommend! Thanks so much for having us!
Excellent private setting on a quiet street, closer to plenty of superb restaurants and convenient public transport. Laura is a great host who is extremely responsive and suggested few local recommendations for sightseeing which we enjoyed. Plenty of good quality amenities provided in the accommodation.

Neighbors know each other by first names. Driving 3 mins onto Pacific Highway to City or Newcastle, onto A3 to Olympic Park or Northern Beach respectively.
